Mobile outpatient therapy means a licensed therapist comes directly to you — at home, in your assisted living apartment, or in your independent or memory care community — to deliver the same skilled care you'd receive in a clinic. Unlike home health, you do not have to be "homebound" to qualify. Many patients choose us because they want consistent, one-on-one therapy without the hassle of transportation or waiting rooms.
Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy — all delivered by licensed clinicians in the comfort of your home or community.
We serve private residences, independent living and assisted living communities, and memory care communities throughout the [Arlington / DFW] area. If you're not sure whether you're in our service area, just give us a call.
Texas allows direct access to physical therapy for evaluation and some treatment, but if you plan to use Medicare or another insurance, a physician's order and a signed plan of care are required for billing. We're happy to coordinate with your physician on your behalf.
Yes. We bill Medicare Part B for our outpatient therapy services. After your Part B deductible is met, Medicare typically covers 80% of approved charges, and the remaining 20% is your responsibility (often picked up by a supplemental plan). We'll verify your benefits before your first visit.
[List in-network plans here — e.g., Medicare Advantage plans, commercial payers.] We also offer private-pay options for patients without coverage or who prefer to pay out of pocket.
Common reasons patients see us include balance problems and fall prevention, recovery after a hospital stay or surgery (joint replacements, fractures), Parkinson's disease, stroke recovery, arthritis, chronic pain, weakness or deconditioning, difficulty with daily activities, dementia-related decline, and speech, swallowing, or cognitive changes.
Your first visit is an evaluation — usually 45 to 60 minutes. Your therapist will review your medical history, talk through your goals, perform hands-on assessments (strength, balance, mobility, function), and build a personalized plan of care. You'll typically start treatment that same day.
Treatment sessions usually run 45 to 60 minutes. Frequency depends on your plan of care — often 2 to 3 times per week to start, then tapering as you progress.
Nothing special. Your therapist brings what's needed and uses what you already have — a chair, a countertop, a hallway. We design programs around your real living environment so progress translates directly into your daily life.
Loose, comfortable clothing and supportive shoes (sneakers are ideal). If we're working on a specific joint, wear something that allows easy access to that area.
Absolutely encouraged. Family involvement often improves outcomes, especially for patients with dementia or recovering from a major event.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations when possible so we can offer the slot to another patient. We understand that health situations come up — just give us a call.
